    <description>Thirty years ago, when AMAG asked me if I was ready to be “a medium for the people,” I didn’t know what they meant, exactly and said “Yes.”&lt;br/&gt;I soon realized that it meant I would study and practice a variety of skills, learning how to keep myself from becoming attached to any particular outcome, doctrine, or system of belief. &lt;br/&gt;There are many ways to quiet the mind and calm the body, and with practice, I have learned how to  stay in the middle — between worlds — when merged with AMAG, in order to receive and transmit communications throughout many dimensions.&lt;br/&gt;This process resembles channeling, but is more accurately called merging.  My discipline is to practice non-attachment and to remain as clear as possible, so communication is as clear as possible.&lt;br/&gt;It’s my pleasure to make AMAG’s words available to people: in person at my office in New Mexico, by telephone, or wherever we are invited to travel. &lt;br/&gt;A consultation with AMAG is an opportunity to ask personal questions and receive spiritual comfort. They said that a side effect of clear communication, verbal or otherwise, is that you will feel more harmonized.</description>

The All that is includes everything; everything is included in the All. If you agree with this, you are agreeing that you are included in All That Is. The All includes you and you are within the All. &lt;br/&gt;Then, being already within the All, you cannot be separate from or outside of anything. In order to believe that it’s possible for you to be attached or unattached to anything, you must first believe that you are outside of or are not included in the All that is.&lt;br/&gt;What appears to be causing your discomfort is a continued reluctance to fully accept that you are included in the All that is. You asked: ‘How can we release attachment to what we think the All That Is should be and accept what is in this moment?’&lt;br/&gt;When you know for sure that you cannot be attached to something that you are already within, that is already within you, you no longer will feel the need to try to release what you believe to be attachment. Accepting what is happening at any time, in any place, allows you to stay in the center of your being, aware and awake to the unlimited possibilities presenting themselves to you. You may then freely choose without concern for attachment or non-attachment.&lt;br/&gt;Have you not already discovered how much easier it is to accept what feels truthful to you than to try to force yourself to accept what you only believe to be true? &lt;br/&gt;Do not take another’s word for anything, including ours. Find out for yourself what it feels like to know that you are included in the All That Is.”</description>

If you are very much afraid, worried, and anxious about what is going on, then it’s not likely you’ll be of much help. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;When you learn about a situation or event that you consider to be a ‘terrible thing,’ and you feel drawn to get into the middle of it physically, and you think and feel that you can do so without adding fear, worry, or anxiety to the situation or event, then we suggest that you find a way to go there physically. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If you feel drawn to get into a situation that you feel or think needs your help, but not physically, then find ways to be of assistance from what you call distance. Perhaps instead of sending yourself physically you can send some material thing that you think may be useful.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;What is important to remember is to ask yourself if it is helpful to add fear, worry, or anxiety to any situation or event. Or, ask yourself whether it would be more helpful to the situation or event if instead of even naming it a ‘terrible thing,’ you were to focus the power of your consciousness, the power of the Soul that is being You, on the area that is drawing your attention and then do not what you think, but what you know will be useful.”</description>
